
Talent Acquisition Analyst

- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and other channels to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for open positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and senior recruiters.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
- Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
- Provide support throughout the hiring process, including developing interview questions and evaluation criteria.
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide candidates with information about the company and the roles they are applying for.
- Manage the offer process and assist in onboarding new hires.
- Support and Administration:
- Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
- Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events, job fairs, and other related activities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruitment tools, best practices, and industry trends.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or similar course.
- 0-1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition; experience in a shared service or fast-paced environment, preferred
- Sourcing strategies, competency/behavior-based interviewing, ability to influence, stakeholder engagement, ATS management
- Hands-on experience with ATS software an advantage
- Proficient in the use of MS Office
- Good analytical skills
- Has keen attention to details
- The ability to work under tight deadlines
- Good multitasking and organizational skills
