Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst

• Business partner to country managers and department heads
• Lead variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews
• Support club openings, pricing, ROI analyses, and strategic planning
• Maintain and improve financial models and dashboards
• Collaborate across markets and contribute to reporting process improvements

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CFA/CPA a plus)
• At least 3 years’ experience in FP&A or financial analysis
• Strong Excel and financial modelling; Power BI/Netsuite/Anaplan knowledge preferred
• Commercially savvy with strong communication skills in English
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and across cultures
