- Lead variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews
- Support club openings, pricing, ROI analyses, and strategic planning
- Maintain and improve financial models and dashboards
- Collaborate across markets and contribute to reporting process improvements
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CFA/CPA a plus)
- At least 3 years' experience in FP&A or financial analysis
- Strong Excel and financial modelling; Power BI/Netsuite/Anaplan knowledge preferred
- Commercially savvy with strong communication skills in English
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and across cultures
