- π§ Campaign Development & Execution
- Build and launch email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo, highlighting dealer products, seasonal promotions, and new arrivals
- Create automated flows (welcome series, abandoned cart recovery, post-purchase follow-ups, win-back campaigns) specifically tailored for furniture and rug buyers
- Develop campaign calendars supporting major retail events (Memorial Day, Black Friday, seasonal sales)
- π Marketing Automation & Optimization
- Design scalable automated systems that work across 200+ dealer accounts
- Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and continuously optimize for conversion and ROI
- Conduct A/B testing to improve open rates, click-through rates, and sales performance
- π€ Cross-Team Collaboration & Dealer Support
- Partner with e-commerce and product teams to align campaigns with storefront updates and dealer inventory
- Create templates, playbooks, and training materials enabling dealers to self-serve effectively
- Provide ongoing support and best practices to maximize dealer marketing success
- 3+ years of hands-on Klaviyo experience with email and SMS
- Proven track record of building and optimizing automated flows and campaigns for e-commerce brands
- Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs and A/B testing methodologies
- Ability to balance hands-on execution with scalable systems supporting multiple accounts
- Bonus: Experience in furniture, home goods, or luxury retail marketing
