As a Construction Manager for a horizontal development project, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction operations at the project site. Your role involves ensuring that project timelines, budget adherence, and quality standards are met while managing contractors and working with various stakeholders to drive successful project completion. Responsibilities: Oversee all construction operations on-site to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. Direct and conduct regular site inspections to determine compliance with approved plans, specifications, project schedule, cost and established quality standards. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to address design changes, resolve conflicts, and ensure project objectives are met.
