Reporting to: Senior Account ManagerIn this dynamic role, we're seeking a highly experienced professional with an extensive background in the food and food ingredients industry.You will collaborate closely with our R&D, Marketing and Business Development teams, transforming customer concepts into reality, interpreting market trends, and designing cutting-edge products that drive category growth. Additionally, you will take on direct revenue responsibility, playing a pivotal role in our success.Key responsibilities
- Drive growth to meet or exceed targets and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
- Use an insight selling approach that addresses customer/consumer needs.
- Identify growth opportunities and develop a commercial account plan.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company.
- Manage project pipeline proactively across functions and business units.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts.
- Manage the interaction of all customer stakeholders - R&D, Strategic Sourcing (Procurement and Supply chain), Operations,Marketing, etc.
- Coordinate the cross functional collaboration of Kerry personnel, including supply chain, customer service, R&D, marketing, and management resources, to strengthen relationships and meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
- Proven experience in Account Management with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience Bachelor's degree in business or food science is preferred.
- Experience in selling value-added solutions such as flavors, seasoning, preservative and functional ingredients is advantageous.
- In depth understanding of Philippines' Taste market and knowledge of nutritional category is a plus.
