- Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hiring across multiple roles and departments
- Conduct a high volume of daily interviews and candidate screenings
- Source candidates through job boards, databases, social platforms, and outbound outreach
- Review resumes and evaluate candidates based on role-specific requirements
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand hiring needs, including customized or niche roles
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as pipeline status, conversion rates, and hiring progress
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to accurately assess candidate qualifications and maintain precise records
- Proven capability to conduct high-volume interviews across a diverse range of roles (e.g., technical, healthcare, operations, and other customized positions)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles, schedules, and candidate pipelines simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both candidates and internal teams
- Ability to clearly explain job requirements, provide timely updates, and maintain strong candidate relationships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience in high-volume recruitment, staffing agencies, or BPO environments
- Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Boolean search techniques
- Experience recruiting across multiple industries or role types
- Knowledge of recruitment KPIs and performance tracking
- Experience with remote or global hiring processes
- Number of candidates sourced and screened daily/weekly
- Number of interviews conducted per day
- Time-to-fill and time-to-hire
- Interview-to-offer and offer acceptance rates
