- Client Liaison & Scheduling: Coordinate calendars, set up remote meetings with clients or team members, manage reminders, and facilitate follow-ups.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain standardized templates for valuation reports (e.g. business, equity, intangible assets), draft initial sections, format documents, and compile financial modeling data.
- Email & Communication Management: Monitor and triage inquiries from prospective and current clients, draft standard responses, flag urgent items, and escalate as needed.
- Data Gathering & Research Support: Assist in gathering supporting materials needed for valuations: company financials, market benchmarks, comparable company data, industry reports.
- Administrative & Travel Support: Manage travel bookings (if needed), invoicing, expense logs, data entry, CRM updates, and document filing.
- Experience: 3-5 years supporting consultants, analysts, or project teams in a professional services or finance-adjacent environment.
- Technical Aptitude: Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), comfortable with CRM tools, virtual meeting platforms, and handling basic spreadsheet inputs.
- Communication: Strong written English capable of drafting clear, professional correspondence and basic report content.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional at multitasking, setting reminders, managing deadlines, and following up without oversight.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entries and document formatting; ability to critically check for consistency in reports.
