Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to improve efficiency and mitigate risks.
Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning processes.
Coordinate and oversee external audits, tax filings, and compliance reporting.
Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making.
Mentor, train, and develop accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Stay updated on industry trends, accounting standards, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification is required.
5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software SAP, Oracle and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on collaboration and professional development.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
