NATIONAL TRADE MARKETING MANAGER (Cebu) Job Description: Design and execute national trade marketing strategies to accelerate sales growth, strengthen brand visibility, and maximize channel performance. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Category teams to translate brand plans into impactful trade programs and nationwide activations. Oversee trade budgets, pricing strategies, and promotional planning across all key channels (General Trade, Modern Trade, and eCommerce). Monitor market trends, shopper insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and enhance trade execution. Lead and mentor a team of trade marketing professionals, while coordinating with field execution teams to ensure seamless nationwide implementation.
