Job Summary/Purpose: Responsible for all activities related to developing, managing and establishing marketing strategies to achieve market targets and support company objectives. Specific responsibilities include annual marketing plans; effective management of online and offline marketing, advertising and promotional activities; accompanies journalists, outside agencies, filming groups, and suppliers for photo shoots at the hotel; builds alliances with various sectors and establishments for tie-ups; ensures maximum exposure of the hotel by online and offline media promotion. Duties & Responsibilities: Represents the hotel in various local trade shows and other social events in the interest of promotions and PR. Oversees the design and development of all marketing collateral (brochures, posters, flyers, ads, calendars, etc.) Coordinates design and development of Seda Hotel's website with website host and developer. Manages internet marketing through programs with internet-based magazines and other on-line businesses in order to ensure maximum exposure for the hotel. Manages the hotel's e-newsletter for the local and international markets. Reviews websites featuring the Company to ensure all information regarding facilities and rates are accurate and up to date. Monitors, gathers, and provides the Sales & Marketing Department information and analysis of guests, competition, the local and global tourism industry, and market trends. Accompanies journalists, outside agencies, and suppliers for photo shoots at the hotel. Meets and welcomes VIP guests as needed. Performs other tasks that may be required by superior from time to time in relation to achieving department goals. Establishes relationships with guests to delight and gain loyalty. Ensures guest recognition programmes are maintained. Actively obtains feedback from guests to improve services and facilities. Drives customer delight and retention by being a role model in delighting guests in every single interaction. Qualifications: A degree major in communications, public relations or marketing. Computer literate. Multi-skilled and multi-tasked Individual. Masteral degree in communications, public relations or marketing or related course.
