- Set business or delivery priorities

- Manage sprint backlogs or delivery tasks
- Make architectural decisions independently
- Act as a general Salesforce administrator
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst working on Salesforce platforms
- Comfort operating in a lean Product and RevOps environment
- Experience working closely with platform leads, product owners, and senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and CRM processes
- Revenue Operations or Systems experience is highly advantageous
- Excellent problem-framing and analytical skills
- Clear, structured written communication
- Confidence to challenge stakeholders constructively
- Ability to bring clarity to ambiguity
- Strong organisational and prioritisation mindset
