Our service is present nationwide in 77 cities.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for further evaluation.Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.Work closely with department heads to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.Extend job offers and negotiate terms of engagement within the organization’s guidelines.Manage the pre-employment and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth candidate experience.Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent, such as developing job advertisements and utilizing social media and online platforms.Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, trends, and outcomes for management review.Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience, including senior-level and niche roles.Proficiency in ATS and HRIS platforms.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data.High adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment.Willing to work onsite, Poblacion, Makati City.
