
Recruitment Specialist (Remote)

- 3+ Years of experience as a recruiter for U.S. hires
- Experience recruiting high volume candidates (ex. 100 per month)
- Must be willing to work the night shift
- Must have exceptional communication skills
- Experience using Workable preferred*
- Experience hiring educators preferred*
- Experience expanding recruitment initiatives to get more candidates preferred*
- Setup a recruitment pipeline, publish job ads in various portals, interview and onboard candidates
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and virtual events
- Collaborate with the Recruitment and Staffing Manager to set qualification criteria for future employees
- Interviewing candidates and maintaining a database of employees for future vacancies.
- Using web-based technology and social media to analyze hiring trends, post job vacancies and follow up with candidates during the recruitment process.
- Analyzing recruitment software and the performance of recruitment agencies and recommending improvements or changes
- Work with department heads to set qualifications for each position
- Guide candidates through the application process and track their progress in our database
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with the largest job sites • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Willing to work on Pacific Standard Time (PST) schedule. This is during graveyard shift in Manila Time.
- Must have own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, core 5 above) and with an internet connection of at least 10 Mbps
