- Install operating systems on devices (primarily Microsoft Windows)
- Use automation tools to install software and manage user devices
- Configure monitoring systems and associated tools on devices
- Deploy and manage staff authentication systems and associated hardware
- Adjust and configure network configurations to match business requirements
- Work with, configure, and monitor enterprise cloud systems (eg MS365, Google Workspaces, and others)
- Configure, operate and monitor the cyber-security tools and systems operated by the business
- Maintain/manage the company website, online client portal, social media, and other electronic communications
- Assist training staff on information technology and cyber-security matters
- Self-document and track day-to-day activities for reporting
- You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- You have at least 5 years experience, ideally within a IT Consulting role.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
