Install operating systems on devices (primarily Microsoft Windows)
Use automation tools to install software and manage user devices
Configure monitoring systems and associated tools on devices
Deploy and manage staff authentication systems and associated hardware
Adjust and configure network configurations to match business requirements
Work with, configure, and monitor enterprise cloud systems (eg MS365, Google Workspaces, and others)
Configure, operate and monitor the cyber-security tools and systems operated by the business
Maintain/manage the company website, online client portal, social media, and other electronic communications
Assist training staff on information technology and cyber-security matters
Self-document and track day-to-day activities for reporting

Ideal Profile

You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
You have at least 5 years experience, ideally within a IT Consulting role.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
