- Ensure Customer Satisfaction by maintaining quality service and cleanliness standards.
- Implement Sales Building Activities in coordination with the Operations/Concept Manager.
- Manage Employee Relations and Productivity, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Control Financial Resources by monitoring sales, labor costs, and expenses.
- Complete Administrative Requirements on time, including staff schedules and financial reports.
- Assume Command Responsibility for personnel disciplines and job performance.
- Train New Hires and perform other assigned duties.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 3 year's experience in a similar role, preferably in an Italian restaurant.
- Proficiency in forecasting, purchasing, inventory management, and people management.
- Strong communication and Excel skills.
- Amenable to work long hours and start immediately.
- Will report onsite in Pasig and conduct store visit.
