- Background in pastry and/or dessert development is an advantage
- Strong analytical and planning skills, with the ability to balance creativity and cost-effectiveness
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and develop new dessert concepts and recipes
- Open to fresh graduates with a strong passion for desserts and product development
- Willing to report onsite in Pasig City
- Support the end-to-end process of creating innovative dessert offerings, from conceptualization and flavor profiling to kitchen testing and refinement.
- Supporting menu pricing analysis to ensure cost-effectiveness and competitiveness.
- Work with the Culinary Operations Head to introduce new culinary solutions and menu enhancements across outlets or client accounts.
- Develop clear recipe guidelines, preparation methods, and plating standards to guarantee consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
- Partner with kitchen and operations teams to ensure seamless adoption of new dessert items, including providing training and troubleshooting support.
