Description: Pag-asa Steel seeks QA Staff who will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Quality Assurance department, including test report preparation, records management, document and data control, and preparation of official correspondence. Duties and Responsibilities: Preparing test reports such as mill certificates, chemical and mechanical test reports, and internal calibration reports Handling records management and IMS document control in coordination with the Quality Management System (QMS) Specialist Updating QA database in coordination with other QA Staff Preparing general office correspondence, billing, purchasing requisitions, and other documents Preparing statistical reports, graphs, historical data and consumption reports as required Performing other related tasks that may be assigned by supervisor Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant prior experience At least one (1) year of experience in administrative or document control functions preferred Ability to process information, including compiling, coding, recording, storing, calculating, tabulating, or maintaining it in written or electronic form Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, management of files and records, and other office procedures Practical knowledge of applied statistics and mathematics preferred Service orientation, outstanding interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently Project management, risk management, and time management skills Ability to multi-task, adapt, and learn quickly Superior organization skills and attention to detail Drive, motivation, and positive attitude (willingness to accept feedback, learn, and improve) Integrity, excellence, professionalism, and teamwork Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and email software mandatory, experience with ERP software a plus Requirements: Skills: Clerical, Self-Management, Critical Thinking, Computer/Technical Literacy, Interpersonal Abilities, Adaptability/Flexibility, Fast Learner
