- Manages the Business Unit brand portfolio by guiding the marketing team through-out the marketing plan development process; provides guidance in developing the Business Strategy
- Develops Segment Strategy and Road Map
- Reviews and approves product sales forecasts, brand budgets and profit plans
- Monitors execution of different programs of the brands within the segment
- Drives and facilitates the introduction of new products.
- Partners with the Division Leadership Team as an Enterprise Guardian on by championing compliance to corporate policies
- Supports and drives the professional development of the team
- Candidate should have a strategic mindset, strong business acumen and analytical skills, and must be comfortable in challenging the status quo
- Must be innovative and creative, and have strong communication skills
- Must have solid experience in the pharma industry
- Has sense of urgency and agility; Must have experience handling and leading a team
