Key Responsibilities Lead, plan, and coordinate all process activities to ensure optimal product quality within the assigned work cell Develop comprehensive manufacturing documentation, including routers, Technical Support Documents (TSDs), and standard work instructions Design and implement tooling solutions that support production efficiency and product consistency Create and refine cell layouts to improve flow, safety, and productivity Collaborate with design engineering, manufacturing, planning, and other internal partners to maintain product quality and process alignment Investigate internal and external quality issues; lead cross-functional problem-solving teams to identify root causes and implement robust, permanent corrective actions Drive continuous improvement through effective monitoring and enhancement of key performance indicators (KPIs) Apply CBS (Crosby, or your organization's continuous improvement system) tools to support ongoing operational excellence initiatives Support the training and development of team members involved in process implementation and sustainment Identify and implement innovative process controls to enhance product quality and reduce variation Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial) 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in a high mix low volume manufacturing environment Proficient using Office365 applications Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams Preferred Functional knowledge of tool design using Solid Works a plus Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives and applying structured problem-solving tools preferred
