We are hiring for a highly motivated and driven Manufacturing Engineer Associate/Intern to join our team on a part-time basis for a duration of 3-6 months. In this role, you will work closely with our team of experienced engineers to support our clients in their manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes for our clients Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes Collaborate with the team to develop solutions and strategies to optimize production efficiency Assist in the preparation of technical reports and presentations Participate in on-site visits to client facilities to gather data and provide support Support the implementation of new manufacturing technologies and equipment Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing processes Key Requirements: Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD software Ability to work independently and in a team environment Willingness to learn and take on new challenges Prior internship or work experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
