We're looking for an experienced Creative Project Manager to lead video production workflows for our performance marketing campaigns. You'll manage end-to-end creative project lifecycles, working directly with our CMO and cross-functional teams including designers, video editors, and strategists. This role requires someone who understands eCommerce marketing dynamics and can drive execution in a results-focused environment where priorities shift quickly and deadlines are non-negotiable. You'll be responsible for ensuring our creative output meets performance standards while maintaining quality and brand consistency across all deliverables.Requirements

3+ years managing creative teams in eCommerce, performance marketing, or digital agency environments
Expert-level proficiency in ClickUp for project management and workflow optimization
Experience working with video content production teams and understanding creative asset requirements for paid media
Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines and resource constraints
Strong background in performance marketing ecosystems (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
Experience collaborating with marketing strategists, media buyers, and creative teams on campaign deliverables
Demonstrated ability to lead daily standups, identify project bottlenecks, and implement solutions proactively
Excellent written and spoken English
Fast and reliable internet connection; your own laptop or desktop suitable for the role; a quiet working environment; a good quality microphone or headset
