Minimum of 10 years of investigative experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity. Demonstrated success managing complex investigations involving fraud, data breaches, employee misconduct, or regulatory issues. Deep knowledge of investigative best practices, evidence handling, and interviewing methods. Strong communication, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement abilities. Proven track record working with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines or in high-stakes situations. Preferred Certifications: CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) CFCE, CHFI, or similar digital forensics certifications Certifications relevant to security, legal, or HR investigations GCFA, CFE, CHFI, EnCE, or CISSP Previous experience in law enforcement, corporate investigations, or legal technology is a plus Familiarity with cloud-based forensics (AWS, Azure, GCP) is desirable Primary Responsibilities: Direct and oversee all internal and external investigative activities, ensuring they align with legal and regulatory requirements and uphold the highest standards of integrity. Partner closely with Legal, HR, Compliance, and Security teams to coordinate and execute investigations. Develop, implement, and maintain robust frameworks, protocols, and reporting processes for investigations. Serve as a trusted advisor on incident patterns, root cause analyses, and strategies for mitigating future risks. Lead and mentor a team of investigators, ensuring they have the right training, tools, and methodologies to be effective. Deliver clear, detailed investigative reports and communicate key findings to senior leaders and stakeholders. Support regulatory reviews and legal proceedings through accurate evidence management and defensible documentation.
