The Digital Product Specialist is responsible for specific aspects of a product, focusing on data and funnel analysis, A/B testing setup, and identifying product improvements. They document business requirements, map customer journeys, and support UX/UI teams with prototypes and mockups-always prioritizing customer needs and empathy throughout the development process. What You'll Do Product Development - work with Product Managers in the definition, documentation, and implementation of new business ideas and product enhancements Product Management - work with Analytics Team in the monitoring key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement in the assigned product stream Product Design - work with UX/UI team to define best customer journey for the customer; ensure requirement coverage and handling of negative scenarios Product Support - contribute to the preparation and planning of rollout process for new product features and enhancements and ensure that relevant support teams are able to handle possible user queries about the product. Product Marketing - contribute to creation of Go-to Market plans and work with Product Managers to define success metrics for marketing campaigns What You Need To Have 2 years of relevant work experience in product development (digital products e.g mobile app) Digital Product Development: Experienced in end-to-end product development for apps and websites, with a strong focus on data-driven strategies and user feedback monitoring. UX/UI Design & Tools: Skilled in UX/UI design using tools like Adobe XD, Figma, and Sketch, with collaborative experience using Miro. Data & Analytics: Proficient in leveraging data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Power BI, and Tableau to inform product decisions.
