Job Description Work Setup: Location: Ortigas, Pasig Schedule: Early Morning Shift (to support AU Region), Mondays to Fridays Setup: Hybrid - required onsite twice a week Required Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years of experience in a managerial capacity within an offshoring, shared services, or similar international support environment Must hold a Bachelor's degree Proven track record of supporting international clients , preferably in the AU region Strong customer service orientation , with extensive experience in performance management, team development, and strategic operations Solid background as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative support role Exceptional verbal and written communication skills , capable of confidently engaging with senior stakeholders and global clients Thrives in a multi-cultural and dynamic work environment Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite , particularly Outlook (email & calendar) and Microsoft Teams Prior experience in leading and managing a team of at least 15 FTEs is a strong advantage This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing global team supporting one of the world's leading professional services firms.
