🕔 Schedule: Early Morning Shift (to support AU Region), Mondays to Fridays
🏢 Setup: Hybrid - required onsite twice a weekRequired Qualifications:Minimum of 7 years of experience in a managerial capacity within an offshoring, shared services, or similar international support environmentMust hold a Bachelor's degreeProven track record of supporting international clients, preferably in the AU regionStrong customer service orientation, with extensive experience in performance management, team development, and strategic operationsSolid background as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative support roleExceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of confidently engaging with senior stakeholders and global clientsThrives in a multi-cultural and dynamic work environmentHighly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook (email & calendar) and Microsoft TeamsPrior experience in leading and managing a team of at least 15 FTEs is a strong advantage✨ This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing global team supporting one of the world's leading professional services firms.
