Job Summary As a Creative Specialist at the Officer level, you will play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-impact creative materials that align with brand strategy, marketing campaigns, and internal communications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver content that resonates with our audience, drives engagement, and strengthens the company's visual identity. Key Responsibilities Develop creative concepts and execute designs for digital, print, and multimedia content (e.g., social media posts, videos, presentations, reports, brochures, ads). Support end-to-end production of campaign assets - from brainstorming and design to rollout and monitoring of visual consistency. Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with brand guidelines, voice, and messaging. Collaborate with marketing, product, HR, and other internal teams to produce tailored content that meets campaign or initiative goals. Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., printers, video editors, freelancers) as needed. Stay up to date with design trends, digital content best practices, and new creative tools. Assist in maintaining a library of design assets, templates, and past campaign materials. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Communication, Marketing, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, content creation, or creative marketing (agency or in-house). Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects) or equivalent tools. Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design, branding, and content execution skills. Experience in video editing and basic animation is a plus.
