Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Creative Platforms Specialist to manage and optimize LSEG&aposs marketing, brand, and design assets and software. The ideal candidate will be proactive in ensuring the effective use of self-service tools like Adobe Express, managing video hosting platforms such as Kaltura and Castos, and overseeing our digital asset management system. This role is pivotal in supporting the consistent and scalable development of LSEG's brand across various touchpoints, from digital media to physical assets. This hybrid role is based in Manila, focusing on ensuring all tools operate efficiently to support our creative operations within the Brand and Design Team. Key Responsibilities Content & Asset Management: Collaborate with teams to manage content workflows, optimize video hosting, and ensure digital assets are accessible and organized, supporting seamless content development. Take ownership of our digital asset management (DAM) system using SharePoint, Adobe Creative Cloud, and future solutions, ensuring proper folder hierarchy, naming conventions, and versioning. Oversee file preparation by tagging metadata for SEO and with linking and file transfer protocols. Ensure that our final creatives meet WCAG accessibility standards. Platform Management: Oversee and maintain LSEG's marketing and brand platforms, including Adobe Express, Kaltura, Castos and other creative software ensuring tools are up-to-date, available, and optimised for user needs. Opportunity to build a Brand Centre with Adobe Experience Manager and a DAM technology. Platform Optimisation: Explore and develop platform optimisation including ongoing functionality and performance. Regularly assess platform functionality and performance, identifying opportunities for improvements to enhance user experience and support LSEG's brand-building efforts. Software Licensing and Compliance: Manage creatives software access, track usage, renew licenses as needed, and ensure compliance with LSEG policies and industry standards. User Support & Training: Provide first-line support to brand, marketing, and design team members, ensuring they have the knowledge to maximise platform capabilities; conduct periodic training and refreshers on platform use. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse platform metrics to assess usage and identify any issues that may hinder team performance; report on usage statistics and user feedback to inform platform enhancements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, brand, and design teams to align on system updates, resolve technical issues, and implement platform improvements aligned with LSEG's brand objectives. Key Skills And Experience 2-5 years of experience managing digital platforms, ideally within marketing, brand, or creative environments. Familiarity with brand and design software, particularly self-service tools like Adobe Express, video hosting services like Kaltura, and other digital asset management platforms. Understanding of the Adobe Supply Chain and effective management to scale design production Proficiency in software license management and platform compliance best practices. Strong technical troubleshooting and user support skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and interpret platform performance metrics. Excellent communication skills to train and support team members in using digital tools effectively. Highly organised, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment. Education And Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, Design, IT, or a related field (preferred but not required).
