ITIL, PMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
8+ years in IT operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Experience in a BPO or shared services environment is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud, etc.).
Familiarity with service management tools (e.g., Manage engine, Service now)
Understanding of cybersecurity principles and data protection.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.
Needs to be able to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts
