- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable front-end applications using React.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate business and user requirements into technical solutions.
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across the application.
- Optimize applications for maximum performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
- Work on features and enhancements related to childcare management systems, such as enrollment, attendance tracking, billing, parent communication, or compliance workflows.
- 5 years of professional front-end development experience, with hands-on exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong, proven experience with React (non-negotiable), including hooks, state management, and component lifecycle.
- Solid proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Prior experience working with or developing childcare management systems, education platforms, or similar domain-specific applications.
- Familiarity with UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards.
