Job Description:DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:ü Prepare bank account reconciliations and promptly research and correct any variancesü Identify daily activity in bank accounts and record transactionsü Review vendor invoices and purchase orders for accrualsü Prepare various balance sheet account reconciliationsü Prepare and record journal entriesü Assist with year-end auditsü Work closely with various departments including finance and operationsü Identify and execute efficiency and operational improvementsMINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIREDü Highly organized, keen to details and efficient, skilled at multi-taskingü Strong communication skills, both verbal and writtenü Attentive listener, empathetic, and excellent collaboratorQUALIFICATIONS:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.EDUCATION:· A graduate of any Accounting – Finance degree· Certified Public Accountant or any equivalent CertificationWORK EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS· Minimum 3 years of private/public company accounting/audit experience· Public accounting experience a plus· Experience using and/or implementing large ERP systems; experience with Sage Intacct, Blackline, or Navan a plus· Proficient in basic applications such as Excel, Microsoft Word, etc.· Highly motivated and works well in a changing environment· Detail oriented and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment· Excellent communicator, work well in a team, passionate, respectful and full of integrityAbout Us:Momentive Software amplifies the impact of over 30,000 purpose-driven organizations in over 30 countries.
