As an HR Generalist, you will provide comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle for our Philippines office and collaborate with global teams to ensure HR alignment with business strategy and culture. This is a key role that blends daily operational support with meaningful contributions to regional HR initiatives in a fast-paced engineering environment. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Support end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers. Conducting reference and background checks Facilitate a seamless onboarding and orientation experience for new hires Benefits Administration Manage and oversee the administration and processing of employee benefits like Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Plans, Time Off and Leave, Wellness Programs and Internal Benefits programs Proactively address employee questions and concerns related to employee benefits Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations related to employee benefits and stay updated on any changes to the laws Training And Development Assist in monitoring and evaluating Performance Development Review (PDR) to drive and improved performance and talent development Regularly monitor employee development and skill acquisition in alignment with the organizational skills matrix Coordinate training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge in collaboration with global HR Support implementation of professional development programs across teams Employee Administration & Support Responsible in maintaining accurate employee records, including staff 201 files, HRIS data, and other HR documentation. Generating HR official internal documents including hiring and onboarding materials, payroll and compensation details, performance management documents, disciplinary actions, and termination records Coordinate offboarding procedures, conduct exit interviews, and ensure timely clearance and documentation. Support regional HR projects and initiatives as part of the Global HR team. Employee Relations & Engagement Serve as the first point of contact for employees concerning policies, procedures, and benefits. Assist in fostering a positive working environment through engagement activities, wellness and well-being, culture-building, HRIS, community and social responsibility (CSR) and employee recognition programs Assist in resolving employee relations issues and disciplinary cases in line with labor laws and company policies Provide support with performance evaluations, providing feedback, and supporting employee development HR Policies and Compliance Monitor labor law updates and support implementation of policy changes Regularly reviewing HR practices, such as hiring, compensation, and termination, to identify and address any potential compliance issues Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of HR policies, employee handbook, and company guidelines, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with business needs Educating HR staff, managers, and employees on compliance-related topics to promote awareness and adherence Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, audits, and investigations HR Strategy & Operations Contribute to the development of HR regional strategies aligned with business goals Using HRIS systems to manage data and generate reports Analyzing HR metrics to identify areas for improvement Performs general administrative duties that are necessary for the smooth running of the company and other Ad hoc tasks Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field. Experience in generalist HR functions, preferably in technical or engineering environments. Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, government benefits, and HR compliance. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Preferred Experience recruiting design and engineering professionals (e.g., Civil, MEP, BIM).
