This opportunity is ideal for individuals with virtual assistance and real estate experience who want to be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team environment. As a Real Estate Admin Assistant, you will be a key support in ensuring smooth operations-handling client communications, managing CRM systems, and assisting in property transaction coordination. This role will allow you to build expertise in real estate administration while contributing to the success of the team. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and back-office support to real estate agents and brokers Manage and update CRM tools with client and property details Coordinate appointments, schedules, and property viewings Handle client communication via calls, emails, and follow-ups Assist in preparing, reviewing, and processing real estate documents Support project management activities and ensure timely completion of deliverables Maintain accurate reports and documentation for management review Preferred Qualifications At least 1 year experience as a Virtual Assistant , with a real estate background Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools Excellent communication and organizational skills Willing to work onsite at Ayala, Makati Amenable to Night Shift schedule Compensation & Benefits ????
