Job Description Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and customer relationship management (CRM). Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing activities and effectiveness by properly tracking data, implement a/b testing, build reports and dashboards. Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and implement new marketing automation opportunities Ensures that technology and automation are integrated and deployed effectively to achieve maximum optimization of marketing and CRM campaigns. Oversees and ensures that the marketing stack is working properly. Collaborate with various teams (internal and external) to deliver breakthrough customer solutions using the current marketing stack (ex. Salesforce) Qualifications Preferably with background on salesforce. Background in agile/scrum. Ability to track and understand key industry trends and identify related customer needs. Ability to understand products/solutions and develop compelling value propositions highlighting customer benefit and competitive differentiation. Ability to collaborate with others, to deliver marketing activities and campaigns.
