About the role We are seeking a talented and driven Content Marketer to join our team at KIMSTORE ENTERPRISE CORP.' We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and highly organized Campaign & Content Lead to drive performance across all major eCommerce platforms-Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Facebook. This role is responsible for creating compelling content, leading digital campaigns, boosting brand presence, and maximizing online conversions. You will collaborate with marketing, creatives, operations, and product teams to ensure consistency and performance across platforms. What you&aposll be doing 1 . Content Creation & Management Develop and oversee content strategies tailored to each eCommerce platform Create and manage product listings, descriptions, banners, short-form videos, and other creatives Ensure alignment with brand voice, seasonal promos, and platform algorithm best practices Optimize content for SEO, visibility, and CTR 2. Campaign Planning & Execution Lead campaign ideation, calendar planning, and execution across platforms Coordinate with Marketplace Managers and Sales Team to align goals and promos Launch and monitor Mega Campaigns (e.g., 7.7, 8.8, 9.9), platform vouchers, and flash sales Run A/B tests and continuously improve assets and messaging 3. Performance Analysis & Optimization Analyze campaign results (traffic, conversion, engagement, ROI) and provide actionable insights Track KPIs per platform and optimize campaigns accordingly Collaborate with data and ads teams for paid media optimization 4. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, influencers, and product teams Align with operations for stock availability, pricing, and bundling Liaise with platform category managers for brand visibility and promotions What we&aposre looking for Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, Business, or related field 3+ years of experience in content marketing or campaign execution in eCommerce or retail Proven track record of managing campaigns in Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and FB Deep understanding of each platform's backend tools (e.g., Lazada/Shopee seller center, TikTok seller center, Meta Business Suite, Shopify backend) Strong creative sense and ability to write or direct effective content Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio, platform dashboards) Experience in influencer/KOL collaborations is a plus.
