- Independently develop and execute media plans based on campaign briefs
- Demonstrate cooperative spirit and leadership with team members
- Familiarity with WPP Media tools to upscale quality of planning proposal
- Utilize comprehensive e-commerce knowledge base and synthesize information into ideas
- Present plan recommendations to client teams
- Support client requests - i.e. plan changes, budget changes, provide marketplace information
- Work with analytic partners to gauge media performance and KPI's to determine the extent to which the original objectives and strategies were met
- Participate in internal meetings with other departments and call on agency resources to strengthen ideas
- Foster a good working relationship across stakeholders to facilitate flawless execution of plans
- Establish and grow a strong relationship with the client through a demonstration of industry knowledge and of the client's basic business issues / maintain client contact
- Steward relationship with outside agency partners
- Contribute to campaign post-mortems, quarterly reviews, and annual planning.
- Demonstrate understanding of financial processes related to campaign delivery and planning scope.
- Support e-commerce campaigns from planning to execution, and track performance based on objective and targets
- Utilize comprehensive digital and ecommerce knowledge base and synthesize information into ideas
- Analyze performance to optimize day-to-day and deliver in-campaign and/or post- mortem reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for briefing, alignment, and execution of e-commerce campaigns, and manage meetings with other departments and call on agency resources to strengthen ideas
- Work with external partners to gauge media performance and KPI's to determine the extent to which the original objectives and strategies were met
