- Independently manage campaigns from inception to completion, consistently achieving defined objectives within determined campaign periods and proactively identifying and resolving potential roadblocks.
- Efficiently align the work processes of media vendors, publishers, and influencers with complex client needs, offering solutions to optimize campaign timelines, KPIs, and deliverables.
- Critically assess and provide constructive feedback on creatives and performance of branded content across various digital formats (e.g., articles, videos, infographics, social snacks), proposing data-backed enhancements for greater impact.
- Demonstrate proficiency in advanced planning tools to develop sophisticated content strategies and lead the creation of comprehensive campaign proposals for complex digital content requirements, with decreasing supervision.
- Support initiatives and implement tangible workflow improvements, taking ownership of relevant project initiatives.
- Serve as a brand guardian, advising on strategic and creative requirements for digital campaigns to ensure brand integrity, consistency, and effectiveness across all platforms.
- Serve as a resource for junior team members, sharing operational best practices and providing initial guidance on campaign execution.
- Analyze past campaign performance to extract actionable key learnings and translate them into data-driven recommendations for future annual strategic plans.
- Develop and refine strategic campaign calculations, ensuring alignment with client objectives and proactively suggesting optimizations within budget and performance parameters.
- Lead the development of comprehensive monthly/quarterly trends mining reports per brand, providing insightful analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Proactively manage daily client communication and expectations, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for account growth.
- Prepare and present detailed weekly WIP updates to internal teams and clients, highlighting progress, challenges, and proposed solutions.
- Independently develop and optimize KOL (Key Opinion Leader) grids, negotiating effectively with creators/creator partner agencies to secure optimal pricing and fit against established benchmarks.
- Take initiative in testing and implementing new tools and practices, actively contributing to process innovation and efficiency within the department.
- May lead specific project initiatives or components of larger campaigns, demonstrating strong project management skills.
