About The Role This role supports the achievement of business objectives by promoting sales conversion The role is expected to operate independently and contribute to the achievement of business objectives by meeting the agreed KPIs and SLAs Key Accountabilities Adhere to client&aposs Code of Ethics and Core Values Adhere to all client&aposs Policies and Procedures (where applicable) Complete all tasks as directed by your Manager in a timely and efficient manner Follow up proposals/quotes through phone calls, text and emails Achieve targets set Ensure that issues relating to sales conversion are addressed in a timely manner or escalated as necessary Maintain a strong revenue pipeline and that leads are contacted regularly Send a monthly report on sales statistics and performance to your Manager Contribute to the successful operations of the Language Services team and participate in the ongoing development of processes to ensure an efficient and effective team with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service and high-quality language services About You Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in a phone-based role or in a call center sales environment. Strong sales and customer service orientation Experience in people and operations management High level of English communication skills - both written and verbal. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Interpersonal skills; ability to work in a cross-cultural environment High level of computer skills - must be proficient in administration tools such as Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc).
