The Occupational Health & Clinic Specialist delivers specialized healthcare expertise across Asurion&aposs multi-site operations, developing and implementing comprehensive occupational health strategies that safeguard employee wellbeing while advancing our business goals. Serving as Asurion&aposs principal health advisor to leadership teams, this role champions preventative health policies and maintains exceptional clinical services throughout all Asurion facilities. Strategic Leadership & Clinical Operations Direct the day-to-day operations of multiple on-site clinics, ensuring efficient delivery of healthcare services across all company locations Develop and execute long-term health strategies aligned with company objectives and national healthcare priorities Manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing clinical governance, mentorship, and professional development Optimize clinical resources across multiple sites to ensure cost-effective healthcare delivery while maintaining quality standards Establish key performance indicators for clinic operations and regularly evaluate service quality Ensure Clinic Management Team including doctors and nurses are on top of the emerging and immediate health concerns within the country. Implement urgent safety health protocols proactively. Ensure timely & proactive discussions on employees' APE results. Occupational Health Management Conduct comprehensive workplace health assessments to identify, evaluate, and mitigate occupational health risks Design and implement targeted interventions for industry-specific health hazards in manufacturing and BPO environments Monitor workplace illness patterns and implement preventative measures to reduce occupational disease incidence Lead investigations into workplace health incidents and implement corrective measures Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure full compliance with Philippine health regulations including the Sanitary Code, DOLE OSH Standards, and DOH requirements Develop and maintain health policies and procedures aligned with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards Oversee implementation of mandatory health programs (TB prevention, Hepatitis management, HIV awareness, etc.) based on DOH, DOLE and OSH requirements. Conduct regular compliance audits and implement corrective actions as needed Stay current with evolving health regulations and standards to ensure continuous compliance Employee Wellness & Health Promotion Provide backend support in developing comprehensive wellness programs addressing physical, mental, and social wellbeing aligned with the existing HR's Well Being initiatives Lead health promotion campaigns tailored to employee demographic needs and workplace risks Create evidence-based health education materials and initiatives Analyse health trends to develop targeted intervention programs Measure program effectiveness through established metrics and employee feedback Stakeholder Management & Reporting Prepare detailed occupational health reports for regulatory compliance and internal stakeholders Build and maintain relationships with external healthcare providers, emergency services, and regulatory bodies Present health metrics and insights to senior leadership, demonstrating the business impact of health initiatives Manage relationships with clinic management vendors and optimize company healthcare benefits. Oversee the procurement of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring value and quality Act as the company&aposs healthcare representative in industry forums and regulatory discussions Qualifications: Education: Any baccalaureate degree in nursing, medicine or related field Experience: Licensed healthcare professional (Physician, Nurse, or related field) with advanced certification in Occupational Health DOLE Accredited Safety Officer 3 certification Industrial Hygiene and Work Environment Measurement training Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in occupational health, with at least 5 years in manufacturing environments Demonstrated expertise in Philippine health compliance regulations (Sanitary Code, DOLE OSH Standards, DOH requirements) Proven experience managing clinical operations across multiple sites Strong understanding of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards and implementation processes Competencies: Core and Leadership: Asurion Leadership Competencies Functional / Technical: Advanced knowledge of occupational health risk assessment methodologies and control strategies Expert in health data analysis and reporting for decision-making Excellent project management skills with ability to develop and execute comprehensive health programs Strong leadership abilities with experience managing healthcare professionals Superior communication skills for effective engagement with all organizational levels Proficiency in healthcare information systems and data management Budget management experience related to healthcare operations Show more Show less
