The role will be responsible for timesheet management, onboarding/offboarding, project documentation, financial tracking and reporting, and overall support of project activities to ensure quality delivery and compliance with standards. Non-Negotiable Qualifications Graduate of any 4-year Finance-related , Business Administration , Commerce , or related course At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills (ability to facilitate meetings, take down minutes and respond to emails professionally) Strong attention to detail and experience working in a technology environment Strong leadership , initiative , critical thinking , and problem-solving skills Project Management / PMO / PCO experience is a strong advantage Experience in financial reporting Experience in supporting client-facing Project Managers Proficient in MS Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, basic formulas) Amenable to hybrid work set-up and to work onsite in Taguig City Responsibilities 1. Recruitment / Onboarding Process recruitment and onboarding requests through Service Now Timesheet management and maintaining updated full-time employee data Handle offboarding by assisting in finding replacements for leavers (coordination with directors/agencies, shortlisting, and interviews) Send onboarding checklist and provide general onboarding support Provide high-level workforce updates and insights 2. Project Management Support Coordinate with Project Managers to secure and maintain proper project documentation (charters, logs, etc.) Participate in stakeholder meetings and provide project updates Track and report project status 3. Release Management Produce and maintain documentation such as project charters and approvals 4. Financial Management Reconcile general ledger data vs. project actuals Manage cost estimates and requests (laptops, servers, etc.) related to asset management Perform health checks and update accruals Coordinate with vendors where required 5. Other Duties Process software access requests Attend to ad hoc requests as necessary Track access and asset management requests Support SharePoint migrations and maintain data (CIBC Cloud projects) Show more Show less
