Recruitment/onboarding (requests received via Service Now) Timesheet management Maintaining Full-time employee data Offboarding: assists in finding replacements for leavers (approaching directors and agencies, shortlisting and interviews) Sending onboarding checklist Providing high-level insights 2. Project Management Coordination with PM to get proper documentation (project charter, logs, etc.) Participation in monthly stakeholder meeting; providing updates Status tracking per project 3. Release management Produce documentation (project charters, approvals, etc.) 4. Financial Management Reconciliation of data from general ledger vs actuals Managing cost estimates, laptop requests, server requests (related to asset management) Health Checks Updating accruals Coordinating with vendors 5.
