Sales Development and Admin Associate

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development (50%)
-Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach)
-Identify and qualify potential clients
-Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
-Set meetings and appointments for RMs
-Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
-Meet or exceed monthly KPIs and lead generation targetsSales Administration (50%)
-Prepare and maintain sales reports and trackers
-Update and manage CRM systems and prospect database
-Coordinate with internal teams (finance, operations, customer care )
-Monitor installations status and support sales executionQualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
-1–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or sales support roles
-Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
-Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage
-Comfortable with both client-facing and administrative tasks
