- Prepare and format planner layouts using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator (PC-based).
- Ensure files meet internal formatting and style guidelines, with version control and proofing applied.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting production deadlines.
- Collaborate with the Graphics & Production Manager and team members to deliver on-time, high-quality output.
- Resolve layout and formatting issues proactively and with minimal supervision.
- Conduct checks for spelling, grammar, layout consistency, and output quality.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator (PC platform).
- Strong English grammar and spelling skills.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in typesetting, desktop publishing, or prepress/print production.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace (Intermediate).
- Dual monitor set-up
- PC/Laptop with at least Intel Core i7 10th Gen or higher
- Has a minimum of 16GB RAM
