The Application Product Analyst plays a key role in ensuring successful delivery of business and customer outcomes. This role involves overseeing and driving the technical aspects of products, projects, and initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Configure products and templates across various business platforms (e.g., risk codes, web forms, BI Publisher). Conduct data analysis and field mapping; create data mapping and layout documentation. Gather, analyze, and document end-user requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams. Continuously develop application knowledge and understanding of business processes. Participate in regional projects and cross-functional teams. Promote continuous improvement and foster collaboration across teams. Prepare and review test documentation, including test scripts aligned with best practices. Identify and document platform defects using tools like JIRA. Support deployment of new or enhanced products. Provide application support to ensure systems meet agreed service levels. Assist in reducing technical debt and improving system efficiency.
