- Assist in the development and execution of brand marketing plans and campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all promotional materials, in-store displays, and online platforms.
- Conduct market research to analyze consumer trends, competitor activities, and industry insights.
- Support in organizing events, activations, and product launches.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Help manage social media content planning and community engagement.
- Track marketing expenses and assist in budget management.
- Prepare reports and presentations related to brand performance and campaign results.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the brand team.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in branding, marketing, or retail-related roles
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of brand management and marketing principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
