- Brand Strategy Support:
- Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Contribute to data-driven approaches to effectively meet consumer expectations.
- Support go-to-market plans, including campaign planning, pricing strategies, product assortments, and content scheduling.
- Go-To-Market Plan Development:
- Collaborate on the overall brand plan for both online and offline channels, including setting frameworks, strategies, and staging calendars for campaigns.
- Assist in pricing, assortment selection, hero SKU focus, GWPs, campaign stories, bundling, feed content planning, cross-selling, and off-platform media (including media budget).
- Help develop clear traffic strategies, execute, and optimize off-platform traffic for each platform.
- Market Analysis and Consumer Insights:
- Monitor market dynamics, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities.
- Conduct regular assessments of e-stores and retail environments to stay updated on industry trends.
- Gather and analyze consumer insights and trends to inform decision-making processes.
- Content and Communication:
- Collaborate in crafting key messaging to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Assist in developing content calendars and marketing activation plans for both e-commerce and retail channels.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Collect and interpret data to generate actionable insights.
- Track ROI of initiatives and provide accurate reporting to senior management.
- Assist in tracking key performance indicators and making recommendations for improvements.
- Public Relations and Brand Awareness:
- Assist in developing strong PR relations and focused strategies to enhance brand equity.
- Help organize product launches and promotional events.
- Identify brand influencers to create brand-relevant content.
- Integrate social listening in monthly brand alignments to capture the latest trends.
- Represent the brand during press events and conferences.
- Collaborate with partner agencies to execute brand campaigns.
- Community Engagement:
- Engage with online communities to build brand presence.
- Monitor community feedback to identify trends and inform brand strategies.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in brand management or related fields.
- Experience within an ecommerce or digital brand environment is a plus.
- High attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work within budgets and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills for accurate reporting.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and eager to learn.
- Demonstrated initiative and strong interpersonal skills; a team player.
