Responsibilities: Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions. Engage in business development activities to expand and strengthen client partnerships, acquiring new business opportunities. Utilise various recruitment strategies and channels to attract top-tier talent. Collaborate with the team to develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure timely delivery of services. Use JobAdder, Outlook, and Google Chrome to manage candidate databases and communicate with clients and candidates. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights and guidance. Travel domestically as required to meet with clients, candidates, and attend industry events. Qualifications: Previous recruitment experience, preferably in the Shipping, Supply Chain, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Importer Exporter industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and candidates. Proven ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Proficiency in using JobAdder, Outlook, and Google Chrome. Willingness to undergo full training provided by the client.
