Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of Engineering courses, preferrably Industrial, ComputerEngineeringor Business Management courses. With at least 2 - 3years of work experience in procurement. Must understand IT terminologies, architecture designs,languages. Must have a strong communication skills and have the ability to work in teams. Must have excellent analytical and mathematical skills. With basic knowledge in SAP/Ariba system,Microsoft Office applications. Job Overview Determines the purchasing needs of the organization. Effectively executes procurement activities. This includes negotiation, bidding, awarding, construction subcontracts, and preparation ofpurchase orders. Do cost management to identify areas of potential cost reduction and analyze the impact of pricing changes for goods and services. Assist in the receipt of purchased materials and services, and keep detailed records of purchases and stocks. Performs other tasks that maybe assigned by the immediate superior.
