Minimum Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Engineering courses, preferrably Industrial, Computer Engineering; or Business Management courses.
  • With at least 2 - 3 years of work experience in procurement.
  • Must understand IT terminologies, architecture designs, languages.
  • Must have a strong communication skills and have the ability to work in teams.
  • Must have excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
  • With basic knowledge in SAP/Ariba system, Microsoft Office applications.
Job Overview
  • Determines the purchasing needs of the organization.
  • Effectively executes procurement activities. This includes negotiation, bidding, awarding, construction subcontracts, and preparation of purchase orders.
  • Do cost management to identify areas of potential cost reduction and analyze the impact of pricing changes for goods and services.
  • Assist in the receipt of purchased materials and services, and keep detailed records of purchases and stocks.
  • Performs other tasks that maybe assigned by the immediate superior.
