- Graduate of Engineering courses, preferrably Industrial, Computer Engineering; or Business Management courses.
- With at least 2 - 3 years of work experience in procurement.
- Must understand IT terminologies, architecture designs, languages.
- Must have a strong communication skills and have the ability to work in teams.
- Must have excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- With basic knowledge in SAP/Ariba system, Microsoft Office applications.
- Determines the purchasing needs of the organization.
- Effectively executes procurement activities. This includes negotiation, bidding, awarding, construction subcontracts, and preparation of purchase orders.
- Do cost management to identify areas of potential cost reduction and analyze the impact of pricing changes for goods and services.
- Assist in the receipt of purchased materials and services, and keep detailed records of purchases and stocks.
- Performs other tasks that maybe assigned by the immediate superior.
